We are selling these USDA goat meat, each goat will weigh slightly different, but most will be approximately 35 lbs of meat and bone, cut and cryo-vac''d. Buy 3 or more and get 5% off. Restaraunts; we can ship via LTL refer vans. Place your order two weeks early at least. Buying your goat meat whole like this will save up to 50% of retail prices.

For each goat you will get cryo-vac packages:

2 boneless  leg roasts

4 boneless shoulder roast

2 chine off 8 bone rack

1 ribs, whole side of two in one package

4-6 packages of loin chops, 4 per pack

1 Osso Bucco, shanks

1 fore shanks

1 neck roast
